Where the whole network starts. Performance ECU remapping with a Check Your Gains reg lookup pulling certified figures from 13,000+ calibrations, a live results engine showing real cars and real gains, video led storytelling from the bench, and the hub connecting Voodoo Files, the dealer network and Wigan Wetbelts into one operation.
Type a reg, see the real bhp and torque a remap unlocks, then book a local fitter or take the file. Behind it: a dealer network on flat monthly plans, tune receipts on every file, and a tuning database powering the whole machine.
The file exchange for the Voodoo dealer network. Reads in, tested tuned files back in a typical 3 to 5 minutes, an SMS the second they land, and a live feed showing the network working in real time.
A specialist workshop turned lead machine: instant quote builder with reg lookup and live VAT estimates, video from the ramp, a review engine and a staff portal running bookings behind the scenes. The site's own hero footage streams above, direct from the domain; the production site sends a security header that refuses full page embedding, so click through to drive it.
The automotive operating system. Workshops plug in a Nexus device and vetted remote specialists deliver dealer level diagnostics, coding and ECU programming while the vehicle never leaves the ramp: priced up front, monitored live, every session audited. A platform, a vetted network and physical hardware with its own ordering flow, all under one build.
Proof the machine works far beyond automotive. A one woman mobile beauty business given the infrastructure of a chain: live availability booking with deposits and patch test rules built into the flow, gift cards, SMS confirmations and reminders, a full price list, in depth terms, and "Emma's Studio", her own admin with dashboard, analytics, bookings, invoices and content editing. She runs the whole business from it.

/ 06 — STRAIGHT ANSWERS
Packages start at the figures above, and every project gets a fixed written price after the discovery call. No day rates, no creeping invoices. If the scope changes, the price changes in writing before any extra work starts, never after.
Landing pages in about two weeks, business sites four to six, full systems with booking, automation and admin six to ten. You'll have a written timeline before we start and weekly notes while we build.
You do, from day one. Domain, hosting, code repository, analytics, all registered in your name. Leaving us would be easy, which is exactly why clients don't.
Usually. Discovery tells us whether to integrate with your current site or CRM, upgrade it, or replace it, and we'll recommend the cheapest option that works, even when that means less work for us.
Every package includes a support period, and the retainer covers monitoring, maintenance, content changes and a monthly report after that. We don't launch and vanish; four of the platforms above have been running for years.
About two hours in week one, then roughly thirty minutes a week for approvals. We handle the rest, including the boring parts like DNS, email setup and tracking.

/ 08 — THE PAPERWORK
The full documents live here for anyone to read before they spend a pound. Working drafts, to be reviewed by a solicitor before launch.
These terms apply to every engagement between Voodoo Technologies ("we", "us") and the client named on the written quote ("you"). A signed quote, or payment of a deposit against one, is acceptance of these terms. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.
All work is defined by a written quote listing what is included, what is excluded, the fixed price and the timeline. Quotes are valid for 30 days. Anything not written in the quote is not in scope, however reasonable it sounds later, which protects both of us. Change requests are welcomed and always quoted in writing before any additional work begins; agreed changes may move the timeline.
A 50% deposit schedules the build; the balance is due at launch, before DNS goes live on the production domain. Retainers and Run plans are billed monthly in advance with 30 days notice to cancel on either side. Invoices are payable within 14 days. Late payment may incur interest and compensation under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, and we may pause work on overdue accounts after written warning.
Projects need your content, approvals and answers to keep moving. Where a project stalls for more than 30 days waiting on the client, we may invoice for work completed to date and reschedule the remainder around other builds. We'll always warn you in writing before either happens.
On final payment you own the deliverables: the domain, the code repository, hosting and analytics accounts, and all content and designs created for the project, with accounts registered in your name from day one. Two carve outs: third party services (fonts, plugins, APIs, stock assets) remain under their own licences, and our pre-existing internal tools and libraries remain ours, licensed to your project perpetually and free of charge.
Hosting, domains, email, SMS and similar services are billed by their providers to your accounts. We configure and manage them but do not control their uptime or pricing, and are not liable for their outages. We will always recommend the boring, reliable option.
Every project ships with version control, staging and production environments, SSL, documented handover and the support period stated in the quote. Support response targets are written in the quote, not implied. After the included period, support continues under a Run plan or at our published hourly rate.
We warrant that deliverables will materially match the written scope and will fix in-scope defects reported within the support period at no charge. Beyond that, our total liability under any engagement is capped at the fees paid for that engagement, and neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. We carry professional indemnity insurance; details on request.
Anything either of us learns about the other's business during a project stays confidential, indefinitely, except where the law requires disclosure. Where we process personal data on your behalf we act as processor under UK GDPR, on your written instructions, and will sign a data processing agreement on request.
We may reference and preview completed work in our portfolio and social content unless you ask us not to in writing, which we will always honour, before or after launch.
Either side may end a project in writing. You pay for work completed to date plus committed third party costs; we hand over everything built so far in usable form. Deposits cover work already scheduled and begun and are not refundable once the build has started.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest stand. These terms may be updated between engagements; the version on your quote date applies to your project.
We collect only what the enquiry and build process needs: contact details you give us, analytics data about how this site is used, and, where you consent, marketing pixels for measuring our own advertising. Data is stored with processors listed in our records (hosting, email, scheduling and SMS providers), retained only as long as needed, and never sold. You can ask for a copy or deletion of your data at any time via jake@voodootechnologies.co.uk. UK GDPR applies; you also have the right to complain to the ICO.
Essential cookies keep the site working and remember your consent choice; they run regardless because nothing works without them. Optional cookies, used only if you choose "Accept all" on the banner, cover analytics (understanding which pages convert) and the Meta pixel (measuring our own advertising). Choosing "Essential only" means no analytics and no pixel, and the site works identically. You can change your mind any time by clearing cookies for this site; the banner will ask again.
